Viaggio Hospitality Group's Ancora in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to lead and execute cakes, pastries, laminated doughs, breads, tarts, and confections in a seafood-focused, waterfront setting.

You will work independently, uphold recipes and standards, supervise cooks, manage ordering, and develop desserts with the chef, while maintaining safety and cleanliness and operating specialized bakery equipment.
