University Health Network (UHN) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the LTLD/Geri Rehab unit at the E.W. Bickle Centre in Toronto.

The role involves coordinating comprehensive nursing care for LTLD patients, educating patients and families, and participating in inter-qualified team care planning to ensure safe, effective rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have active CNO licensure in Ontario, a nursing degree (baccalaureate preferred), and experience in geriatric rehab.
