Detail:
Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre Barrie is a very busy community ED with a strong teaching program, regional stroke centre, cath lab and wide-ranging patient population (lots of pediatrics). We have triple or quadruple coverage for the times the Resident Provisional Registration physicians would be working and excellent specialist and radiology services.
Supervision:
A rotation supervisor will be assigned along with an on-shift supervisor identified for every shift
Min Requirement:
PGY 4 or 5 Royal College Emergency Medicine
Additional Requirement:
Approval of Residency Program Director
Remuneration:
$150/hour

Call:
Shift scheduling is flexible-single shifts, weekends or longer can be arranged. Shifts booked about 8 weeks in advance.
