Oversee shop operations, technician assignments, and safety at Alberta AG Centre. This full-time Service Manager position includes seasonal overtime and on-call requirements. You will lead overall Service Department performance while coordinating workload, quality control, and technician development. The position requires deep agricultural equipment knowledge, business judgment, and leadership ability. Travel may reach 25% as required for the work.

Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize technician workloads according to urgency and capability
- Escalate complex diagnostic and repair issues
- Process technician timecards for payroll
- Coordinate parts availability for scheduled and active repairs
- Serve as in office safety authority under company OHS Program

Requirements:
- Significant agricultural or heavy equipment service experience
- Previous dealership experience considered an asset
- Ability to manage, mentor, and coach service staff
- Understanding of shop and field safety standards
- Ability to walk, climb, and work around equipment Manage agricultural equipment shop performance through technician coordination, quality reviews, parts planning, and workplace safety.
