Impact investment portfolio management and Excel modeling define this Investment Associate role at The McConnell Foundation. Bilingual English and French communication is required. The Investment Associate supports a fully impact-focused investment portfolio within the Investments Department. The work combines investment management, due diligence, impact assessment, and reporting. You will collaborate with senior investment staff, fund managers, leadership committees, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage investment portfolios and monitor financial and impact performance
- Support investment sourcing, research, due diligence, and transactions
- Prepare quarterly investment reports for committees and the Board
- Contribute to carbon emissions assessment and UNPRI reporting




- Develop portfolio performance measurement enhancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, sustainability, or related discipline
- Three to six years of progressive investment management experience
- Experience or interest in impact investing, ESG, or responsible investing
- English and French bilingualism at minimum B2 proficiency
