This General Supervisor Production reports to the Mine Operations Superintendent and coordinates several mine operation functions. You will provide direction to three frontline supervisors while aligning crews with production plans, site priorities, and company values. The position emphasizes accountability, workforce development, compliant work execution, and continuous operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Align supervisors and crews with mine plans and site priorities

Requirements:
- 12 or more years of surface or underground mining experience
- Progressive supervisory experience within mining operations
- Frontline supervisor leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of operational standards and mining safety regulations
