Lead healthcare analytics, revenue operations, and software development at EO Head Office, supporting hospitals across Central East Ontario. Apply management expertise across complex clinical data environments. As Manager, Analytics, Revenue, and Software Development, you will oversee applications, analysts, billing workflows, and custom integrations. The position includes Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Epic systems, and data governance. You will support shared digital services for seven member hospitals and 14 sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics, billing, software applications, and supporting analysts
- Oversee reports, dashboards, extracts, and data feeds
- Optimize hospital billing, charge capture, claims, and remittance
- Direct Microsoft Fabric platforms, pipelines,



and Power BI models
- Govern software development, testing, security, and documentation

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
- Minimum five years progressive management experience
- Minimum seven years relevant clinical systems or analytics experience
- Experience with SQL, data warehousing, reporting, and governance
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 10 to 20 Bring healthcare leadership, analytics expertise, and software development knowledge to EO’s shared hospital services across Central East Ontario.
