The VMware Architect/Implementer plans and executes an enterprise upgrade from vSphere 8 to VMware Cloud Foundation 9.x. This hands-on role spans multiple Canadian and U.
S. data centres within an established solution architecture team. It focuses on implementation planning, workload migrations, and infrastructure documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the enterprise upgrade to VCF 9.x
- Prepare implementation plans, test plans, schedules, and results
- Document transition-to-operations activities for infrastructure deliverables
- Review support processes against policies, standards, and regulations




- Contribute to continuity, security, and optimization risk mitigation

Requirements:
- VMware architecture, design, and implementation experience
- Direct vSphere-to-VCF 9.x upgrade experience
- Workload migration experience to VCF 9.x
- Robust SRM, NSX-T, vSphere, vSAN, and vLCM experience
- Seven to ten-plus years infrastructure experience, including four-plus VMware years Apply VMware architecture, VCF migration, and infrastructure planning expertise across complex data centres from Edmonton.
