ideally in a multi-site environmentDemonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and solve problemsStrong track record in leading development and integration of profitable business, customer experience and marketing strategiesStrong client and employee focused approach to managementMust have a solid knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of business development, operations, service delivery, customer and employee experience, financial management and control, program development, implementation and evaluation, and human resources practices.
Ability to work in a rapid paced, demanding environmentStrong entrepreneurial, continuous improvement and marketing skills with the ability to motivate and drive changeOptimistic and passionate leadership style.
