Lead municipal services operations for the Town of Mount Royal, using hands-on leadership and coordination across essential public works activities. The Section Head oversees roads, water distribution, sewer systems, parks, green spaces, and the municipal garage. This position plans activities, supervises employees and foremen, coordinates internal teams and contractors, and supports service quality, continuity, and efficiency. Seasonal requirements include winter snow removal.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, supervise, and follow up on section activities
- Supervise operations for roads, utilities, parks, and green spaces
- Prioritize interventions and coordinate internal or contracted work
- Oversee contracts, specifications, budgets,



and operational resources
- Act for the immediate supervisor during absences

Requirements:
- First degree university diploma in a related field
- Five to ten years of relevant Public Works experience
- Five years managing or coordinating a work team
- Knowledge of municipal and unionized environments
