The Director will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across North American manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the weekly Sales and Operations Execution process
- Coordinate demand, supply, production, distribution, transportation, and sales teams
- Translate approved S&OP; plans into executable operational plans




- Resolve operational issues and manage exceptions centrally
- Develop scenarios addressing demand fluctuations and capacity constraints

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in supply chain or related functions
- Experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments
- Expertise in demand, supply, and inventory planning
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and change management skills
- Fluent bilingualism in French and English Apply supply chain leadership, S&OP; expertise, and operational coordination to strengthen customer service across North America.
