Lead parking and commercial operations at Westerner Park, using financial acumen and customer-focused leadership in a full-time senior management role. Westerner Park seeks an experienced, business-focused Manager to oversee Parking and the RV Resort. You will guide revenue generation, profitability, service delivery, staffing, systems, and continuous improvement. The scope may expand to other stand-alone commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop operating plans, budgets, forecasts, pricing, and performance measures
- Lead paid Parking implementation, stabilization, and ongoing management
- Manage the 100-stall RV Resort and overflow capacity
- Monitor revenue, profitability, utilization, occupancy, and customer feedback




- Assess and implement approved commercial initiatives and agreements

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent related experience
- Progressive management experience in revenue-generating operations
- Robust budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability analysis skills
- Experience in seasonal, event-driven, hospitality, or similar operations
