You will lead high-profile highway infrastructure programs and provide senior direction across engineering, project strategy, and delivery. P.Eng. designation in Canada; Ontario preferred Civil Engineering degree or related educational background 15+ years managing complex highway infrastructure projects Strong understanding of MTO processes and requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Apply transportation strategy, MTO knowledge, and infrastructure delivery leadership to programs with significant impact across Ontario communities.
