Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President and Chief Executive Officer will lead a fully accredited, integrated healthcare organization. ARH includes Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital, The Grove Long-Term Care Home, and community programs. The mandate spans strategic planning, operational excellence, workforce engagement, and system partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
