Mechanical building design expertise meets project leadership at INVIRO’s full-time, in office Gloucester office. Apply load calculations, HVAC knowledge, and engineering judgment. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will support industrial, commercial, and institutional building projects. The work includes mechanical systems, contract documents, shop drawing reviews, and project management. You will also address codes, standards, ASHRAE, and LEED compliance where applicable. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare designs, load calculations, schematics, and system concept reports Select equipment for mechanical building systems Prepare contract documents and technical specifications Evaluate shop drawings and approve design changes Manage projects from design through construction Requirements:

Post-secondary degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline Professional Engineering designation, P.Eng, required Six or more years in industrial, commercial, or institutional buildings Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems Knowledge of Canadian and Ontario building codes Bring P.Eng expertise, building systems knowledge, and project coordination skills to INVIRO’s Gloucester mechanical engineering team.
