Location is negotiable, with remote or hybrid eligibility. The Senior Operating Officer directs delivery, performance, quality, and integration across acute, continuing, community, and primary care. This senior leader oversees psychosocial care, caregiver support, complex discharge planning, and system navigation. The role advances standardized services, quality improvement, workforce capacity, and person-centred care. Key Responsibilities:

Master’s degree in healthcare management, business, or health-related field Seven years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience Three years leading in Social Work Experience leading specialized programs across sites and geographies Experience with strategic planning, quality improvement, and change Bring executive judgment, systems thinking, and Social Work leadership to integrated services across Alberta with Assisted Living Alberta.
