Must-have

10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years of product ownership, or related experience with demonstrated success leading product initiatives and cross-functional teams Deep expertise in Capital Markets and electronic trading flows with the ability to explain complex trading functions and problem-solve effectively Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a meticulous attention to detail and passion for quality delivery Advanced communication, presentation,



and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work effectively across matrix organizations Proven leadership capability to motivate teams, drive performance management, and foster a people-centric, values-based inclusive workplace aligned with RBC's leadership model Proficiency with enterprise collaboration tools including JIRA, Collaborate, and Microsoft Office suite Nice-to-have

Front office experience in sales, trading, or as a broker; direct exposure to the trading desk or client-facing roles Degree in Finance or related field demonstrating formal training in financial services or business discipline
