Shape federal buildings delivery with WSP through project controls, procurement expertise, and accountable leadership for secure infrastructure. As a Lead Project Manager, you will deliver complex projects for Canada's defence and federal operations. Your responsibilities span execution planning, contracting, governance, commercial coordination, and delivery through multiple project models. You will also help strengthen WSP's national Defence and Federal Buildings practice. Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery across Design-Build, P3, Alliance, and other models Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and resources Coordinate clients, DCC, contractors, regulators, and project stakeholders Contribute to account planning, pursuits, proposals, and repeat business Mentor project managers,



controls professionals, engineers, and junior staff Requirements:

Seven or more years delivering complex infrastructure or capital projects Defence, federal, or similarly complex infrastructure experience Experience with DCC, federal procurement, contracting, security, and compliance Solid commercial, client, stakeholder, written, and verbal communication capabilities P.Eng. or PMP designation is an asset Use delivery planning, commercial judgment, and stakeholder leadership to advance WSP's secure federal infrastructure portfolio.
