Build agentic products at Jetson using AI and workflow design to transform customer operations across sustainable home electrification. This full-time role is permanent. As Product Manager on Jetson's Agentic Products team, you will work directly with operations teams across System Design, Customer Success, Project Coordination, and Resolution. You will define autonomous workflows, agent responsibilities, human handoffs, and reliable completion standards. The goal is reducing post-sale processing from more than 30 days to under three. Key Responsibilities:

Embed with operations teams and learn their work deeply Specify autonomous agents, workflows, handoffs,



and completion standards Convert operator corrections into durable evaluations or skills Maintain structured per-market rules for rebates and permits Generalize reusable capabilities into Jetson's agentic platform Requirements:

Five or more years of product management experience Experience shipping agentic or LLM-powered features Proficiency with contemporary agent tooling such as Claude Code Understanding of latency, cost, reliability, evaluation, and failure Ability to scope, communicate, prototype, and navigate ambiguity Shape Jetson's agentic product standards through AI-native product management, systems thinking, and operational workflow automation.
