Greenspace Construction Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects from tender review through close-out. The position covers heavy civil construction, municipal infrastructure, contract administration, financial reporting, and onsite coordination. You will work with senior management, consultants, owners, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate tender opportunities and finalize competitive submissions Develop work plans, baseline schedules, and progress updates Coordinate site teams, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and vendors Monitor quantities, budgets, invoices, forecasts,



and projections Lead meetings and compile project close-out submittals Requirements:

Post-secondary construction, project management, or engineering education Ten to fifteen years of progressive Project Manager experience Heavy civil construction and municipal infrastructure background Experience managing five-million-to-twenty-five-million-dollar-plus projects Valid G driver’s license and vehicle Apply your heavy civil leadership, scheduling, contract administration, and financial management expertise across Greenspace Construction projects throughout southern Ontario.
