This senior engineering leader owns delivery from requirements and interface definition through integration, flight testing, calibration, and release. You will connect hardware, embedded software, aircraft systems, and geospatial data products. The role includes mentoring a small hands-on team and collaborating with IO Aerospace. Key Responsibilities:

Define requirements, interface control documents, and verification plans Ensure designs trace to client and mission requirements Oversee calibration, multi-camera configurations,

Professional Engineer designation with APEGA or eligibility to register Minimum ten years’ engineering experience in relevant product development At least five years leading multidisciplinary teams or programs Solid technical writing for requirements, ICDs, procedures, and reports Willingness to travel for flight tests and client activities Bring systems-level judgment, technical writing, and remote sensing expertise to reliable airborne platforms and client-ready data products.
