Lead regional financial integrity at Arc’teryx through IFRS expertise and SOX controls, based in North Vancouver with hybrid or remote Canada options. The Regional Controller is a finance leader owning regional P&L; and Balance Sheet results. You will manage financial close, estimates, provisions, and accruals across regional entities. The role partners with FP&A;, GBS, and Global Brand Controllers to maintain accurate reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Own regional P&L; and Balance Sheet accuracy Execute close activities, journal entries, and reconciliations Prepare significant estimates, provisions, and accruals Execute SOX controls and lead deficiency remediation Coordinate regional internal and external audits Requirements:

CPA designation or equivalent qualification 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience Leadership experience developing finance teams across entities Deep expertise in IFRS, SOX, and financial close Experience owning multi-entity P&Ls; and Balance Sheets Bring independent accounting judgment, regional ownership, and solid controls expertise to Arc’teryx’s North Vancouver finance team.
