About the Role

Our client, a global leader in hygiene solutions and services, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Remote Sanitation Specialist to join their Quality Assurance and Training division. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. The specialist will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing sanitation protocols and training materials for various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of best practices in cleaning, disinfection, and hygiene management, along with the ability to translate this knowledge into practical, scalable solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the consistent application of high sanitation standards across client sites, contributing to public health and safety. Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine comprehensive sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for diverse sectors. Create engaging and effective training modules, presentations, and resources for sanitation staff and management. Conduct remote quality assurance reviews of sanitation practices and documentation submitted by client sites. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on sanitation challenges and best practices via virtual channels. Stay abreast of evolving hygiene regulations, industry trends, and new cleaning technologies. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., R&D;, Sales) to develop innovative sanitation solutions.



Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement in training and protocols. Contribute to the development of digital tools and platforms for sanitation management and training. Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders during virtual meetings. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sanitation, hygiene management, or a related field, with a focus on protocol development and training. Demonstrated expertise in cleaning chemicals, disinfection techniques, and infection control principles across various industries (e.g., healthcare, food service, hospitality). Proven ability to create clear, concise, and effective training materials and SOPs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively. Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and digital platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self‑motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Health, Public Health, Chemistry) or equivalent professional experience.
