Lead global threat and vulnerability management at Sun Life with expertise in cyber resilience, threat intelligence, and application security. This is a versatile hybrid role. As Assistant Vice President, Threat and Vulnerability Management, you will direct Sun Life’s enterprise capability for identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and mitigating cyber threats. You will oversee vulnerability management, red teaming, defensive security, application security testing, threat intelligence, and incident process development. The role partners across Security Engineering and Advisory, Technology Risk and Compliance, Security Governance and Client Programs, Security Initiatives and Awareness, and Security Operations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the enterprise vulnerability lifecycle and remediation governance Lead threat intelligence collection, analysis, hunting,



and operationalization Direct red team testing and security control validation Govern defensive security capabilities and incident response maturity Deliver executive metrics, briefings, dashboards, and regulatory updates Requirements:

15+ years of cybersecurity experience Leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise security programs Expertise in vulnerability management, threat intelligence, or security operations Experience with application security, cloud security, and DevSecOps Reliability Status Clearance required before employment begins Shape Sun Life’s cyber resilience through enterprise vulnerability management, threat intelligence, application security, and executive leadership.
