This M&A; Advisory role spans sell-side and buy-side transactions, mergers, divestitures, and strategic advisory work. You will maintain client relationships, coordinate transaction workstreams, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout each process. Key Responsibilities:

Execute complex transactions from launch through closing Coordinate clients, buyers, investors, attorneys, accountants, and advisors Develop client relationships and provide transaction guidance Monitor market trends,
