Support teams, customers, and contractors collaboratively. This senior Operations Manager role supports day-to-day operations across Taylor+ communities. You will lead incoming customer requests, coordinate repairs, and maintain commercial systems including HVAC, elevators, plumbing, lighting, and electrical equipment. The role also supports reporting studies, inspections, and safety programs. Key Responsibilities:
