The Quality Assurance Manager monitors apartments across Canada and identifies recurring cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation issues. You will establish scoring systems, coordinate corrective actions, and improve operational procedures. Success depends on analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with local housekeeping and maintenance providers. Key Responsibilities:
