This senior professional manager leads legal talent initiatives for associates across Gowling WLG’s offices. The Director partners with Department Chairs, Practice Group Leaders, Practice Directors, and shared services teams. The work includes recruitment, integration, mentorship, workload monitoring, career coaching, evaluations, compensation reviews, and progress tracking. Candidates may work from Canadian offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Waterloo, Hamilton, Ottawa, or Montréal. Key Responsibilities:
