Lead construction scheduling with Primavera P6 and project controls expertise at EllisDon, supporting complex building projects and occasional site visits. As a Senior Planner and Scheduler, you will lead baseline schedule development and updates across assigned construction projects. Your work includes forecasting, schedule impacts, resequencing, and reporting. You will collaborate with Clients, Trade Partners, Superintendents, and project teams while supporting pursuit planning. Key Responsibilities:

Develop baseline schedules meeting EllisDon Best Practices Update project schedules every other week Report information accuracy and reliability from project teams Lead schedule progress meetings, touchpoints, and workshops Incorporate changes, delays, and unforeseen conditions Requirements:

Eight plus years of construction scheduling experience Building experience and equivalent technical training accepted Experience with battery plants, data centers, and pharmaceuticals Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Projects Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously Apply construction scheduling, Primavera P6, forecasting, and project controls expertise to EllisDon’s complex building projects.
