Provide planning, consulting, technical analysis, design,deployment, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, upgrades anddaily support of middleware products.

General Skills

Experience with web and applications tier servers

Experience with message brokers

Experience with messaging services

Experience with adapters

Experience with development framework/technologies

Experience in middleware software installation,configuration, tuning, system optimization and administration, as well asexperience with application development

Experience with change management and release management asprocesses supporting the implementation of large applications

Experience with incident and problem management processes

Experience in structured methodologies for the design,development, implementation and maintenance of applications

Experience producing design artefacts, code, configurations,scripts, and test cases

Ability to analyze the results from functional, security,load-and-stress testing and resolve reported issues

Ability to analyze and solve data integrity, security,configuration and recovery issues

Assess and test Change Requests (CRQ) with technical contentand updating as necessary

Ability to participate in release promotions/implementations

Experience with middleware and gateways

Experience on application monitoring and support

Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHubActions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or others.

Experience Building and maintaining automated pipelines forbuild, test, and deployment

Experience building and deploying containers and workloadorchestration platform





Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud providerplatform deploying and managing cloud-native applications and services

Knowledge and understanding of Information Managementprinciples, concepts, policies and practices.

1. Core Skills and Experience (40%)





Minimum7 years of experience in middleware/integration technologies in complexenterprise environments

Provenexperience designing, implementing, and supporting integration solutionsusing middleware platforms

Deepunderstanding of system integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous,REST, SOAP, event-driven, messaging)

Strongproblem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting across multiplesystems and layers (application, middleware, infrastructure)

Experiencesupporting mission-critical systems with high availability and performancerequirements

2. Technical Skills and Experience (30%)

Expertisein middleware platforms such as IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBMWebSphere, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or similar ESBs

Experiencewith API Gateway and Management platforms (e.g., IBM API Connect, AzureAPIM)

Proficiencyin working with messaging and event platforms (e.g., MQ, Kafka, JMS, EventGrid)

Familiaritywith cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid integrationscenarios

Knowledgeof security protocols and integration (OAuth2.0, SAML, mutual TLS, APIkeys)

Experienceintegrating with enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, MicrosoftDynamics CRM, Siebel, Curam, or other COTS solutions

Hands-onexperience with scripting and automation (e.g., Shell, Python, Ansible,Terraform) for middleware deployment and operations
