Lead portfolio reporting, forecasting, and analytics for QuadReal’s Real Estate Debt program in Vancouver, supporting executive decision-making and business teams. As Senior Manager, Portfolio Reporting, you will manage a team while supporting management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics. You will work across Operations, Investments, Accounting, Valuations, FP&A;, Data & Analytics, and IT. The position supports consistent portfolio reporting and Debt modernization projects. Key Responsibilities:

Lead management reporting for Real Estate Debt stakeholders Forecast AUM, cash, liquidity, returns, and operating metrics Present monthly variance analysis and insights to senior management Manage team performance, training,



and continuous improvement Drive reporting automation, process enhancements, and technology solutions Requirements:

University degree in business, finance, accounting, mathematics, or economics Seven to ten years in a related role Portfolio reporting experience in real estate, mortgages, or investments Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; PowerBI experience is an asset Proven people management and financial analysis experience Bring portfolio reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, and leadership expertise to QuadReal’s Real Estate Debt business.
