Halifax Water is seeking a Senior Manager, Capital Project Delivery to lead the design and construction of Halifax Water's capital projects. Reporting to the Director, Engineering & Capital Infrastructure, you will manage project delivery across a range of initiatives, address high‑risk items, and coordinate with procurement, legal, and risk teams. Requirements include a post‑secondary degree in Civil Engineering and seven years of progressively responsible municipal engineering experience.
