Lead corporate restructuring engagements in Vancouver with BDO, applying financial analysis and modelling across complex stakeholder situations. As Manager, you will advise companies, lenders, creditors, shareholders and other stakeholders navigating financial distress, liquidity challenges and significant change. BDO’s Corporate Restructuring team handles formal insolvency proceedings, informal restructuring and business turnarounds. You will plan engagements, analyze financial information, communicate recommendations and develop team members. Key Responsibilities:

Advise stakeholders through financial reviews and restructuring engagements Manage aspects of receiverships, bankruptcies, proposals and CCAA proceedings Analyze cash flow models,



projections and business plans Lead engagement planning, deliverables, priorities and timelines Coach team members and review their work Requirements:

Two or more years of relevant restructuring or advisory experience Canadian CPA designation Knowledge of BIA, CCAA and restructuring legislation Solid financial modelling and integrated cash flow forecasting skills Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and travel flexibility Bring restructuring expertise, financial modelling strength and stakeholder communication skills to BDO’s Vancouver Corporate Restructuring team.
