As a Staff Frontend Engineer reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will guide technical direction across teams. You will design scalable systems, standardize patterns, and influence product strategy for a configurable sales compensation platform. The work spans architecture, user experience, data visualization, and operational workflows. Key Responsibilities:
