You will manage operational inquiries involving settlements, securities positions, corporate actions, and reconciliations. The position supports ETF-related operations, issue investigation, and timely solutions across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary contact for institutional custody client portfolios Support settlement, cash movement, position, and reporting inquiries Investigate operational issues within internal systems Analyze transactions, balances, positions,
