Shape agentic AI at Seequent, developing reliable tools and services for Evo from the company’s hybrid Vancouver office two days weekly. The Senior AI Developer will establish how agentic AI technologies operate within Seequent products at scale. You will create shared frameworks, production orchestration, and evaluation approaches. Collaboration spans globally distributed engineering, operations, product, and data science teams. Key Responsibilities:

Develop shared frameworks and services for AI agent reliability Design evaluation frameworks for quality, reliability, and performance Establish reusable Gen AI tooling, patterns, and best practices Collaborate across global cross-functional teams on shared capabilities Act as subject-matter expert in AI system design Requirements:

3+ years building and operating production Gen AI or LLM capabilities Experience designing agentic systems and tool-using agents Production orchestration, execution, and reliability experience Familiarity with MCP, A2A, LangGraph, RAG, or vector databases Excellent communication and problem-solving skills across distributed teams Bring agentic AI design, evaluation, and orchestration experience to Seequent’s evolving Evo platform in Vancouver.
