As Director of Equity Compensation, you will oversee Analysts handling transactional employee activity across publicly traded programs. The work includes grants, vesting, exercises, dividends, terminations, and inquiries. You will manage operational visibility, quality reviews, vendor resolution, and escalation of complex equity and cross-border tax questions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations across grants, vesting, exercises,



and dividends Maintain controls that identify errors before payroll or filings Coordinate vendors on issues and system enhancements Escalate complex equity and cross-border tax questions Manage peak periods through planning and backup coverage Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution Five-plus years supervising high-volume transactional teams Systematic review skills and robust attention to detail Knowledge of equity platforms, including Shareworks preferred Public-company SOX-type controls experience is an asset Apply global equity knowledge, vendor management, and disciplined controls to Brookfield’s time-sensitive compensation operations.
