As Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs & Insights, you will lead people and programs supporting attraction, selection, and hiring priorities. The position combines recruitment analytics, labour market research, dashboards, and recommendations with practical program delivery. You will advise leaders and HR partners. Key Responsibilities:

Translate complex recruitment data into actionable leadership insights Monitor labour market trends and competitor recruitment activity Develop workforce recommendations supporting informed decision-making Identify program gaps, risks, opportunities,



and enhancements Maintain recruitment policies, procedures, guidelines, and documentation Requirements:

Minimum five years’ talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or workforce planning experience Minimum two years’ experience leading people Experience conducting labour market research and workforce assessments Robust analytical, problem-solving, and program management capabilities Fluent English and French communication skills, oral and written Bring recruitment analytics, labour market research, and program leadership to NAV CANADA’s bilingual Talent Acquisition Programs & Insights team.
