We're looking for a hands-on

Senior Product Manager, Growth

to own the first 30 days of the customer journey, focusing on user onboarding, activation, retention, and freemium-to-paid conversion.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end PLG funnel, from signup and onboarding to activation and paid conversion.

Identify drop-offs and improve conversion through A/B testing and funnel experimentation.

Partner with Engineering, Design, and Growth Marketing to optimize onboarding for different customer segments.





Leverage AI to create smarter, more personalized onboarding experiences.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of Product Management experience , including 4–5+ years focused on Growth Product.

Proven ownership of complex, multi-user or multi-product onboarding funnels.

Robust experience with

PLG, A/B testing, activation, and freemium-to-paid conversion .

Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Statsig, or similar analytics tools.

Startup experience and a track record of driving measurable growth.

Ability to work onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays in SF or Toronto.
