Lead airport ramp operations through aircraft handling and cargo movement while coordinating secure, efficient, compliant service for teams and customers. The Manager, Ramp Operations directs aircraft servicing, equipment maintenance, and daily ground activities. This management role leads supervisors and staff through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management. It also coordinates teams, suppliers, Airport Authority contacts, carriers, and customers while managing budgets and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
