Lead Generative AI research and production deployment for Wayfair Customer Service, architecting agentic systems and proprietary language models at enterprise scale. As a Machine Learning Scientist III, you will define technical roadmaps for customer service intelligence. You will design multi-agent frameworks, domain-adapted LLMs, and LLMOps infrastructure. The work combines NLP expertise, production delivery, mentorship, and cross-functional technical leadership. Key Responsibilities:
