Bring an Owner’s Engineer perspective to AECOM airport projects in Mississauga, challenging architectural solutions through independent technical review. The role is in office five days weekly. This Senior Architect assignment focuses on owner-side assurance for large, complex, multidisciplinary capital projects. You will review compliance, challenge design decisions where required, and maintain accountability with the Architect of Record. Your recommendations must be concise, objective, and evidence-based. Key Responsibilities:

Degree and eight years relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency Professional registration, preferably OAA or Ontario registration eligibility Owner’s Architect, Owner’s Engineer, or design assurance experience Strong knowledge of specifications, constructability, accessibility, and building science Strong communication skills for defensible professional recommendations Use owner-side architectural assurance, compliance, and communication expertise to strengthen AECOM’s complex airport project delivery.
