Lead corporate facilities operations in Caledon with expertise in maintenance systems, capital projects, and team supervision. This position includes flexible onsite, remote, and after-hours work. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Facilities, the Supervisor manages community facilities and unionized and non-union staff. The work covers arenas, pools, spas, outdoor amenities, building systems, budgets, contractors, and customer service. The Supervisor also supports safety, energy conservation, and asset management. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise full-time and part time facilities operations staff Establish preventative maintenance, inspection, security, and quality systems Coordinate facility-based capital projects and programs Oversee mechanical, plumbing, electrical,



and structural systems Prepare budgets, reports, and recommendations for leadership Requirements:

Post-secondary diploma in facilities, building, property management, or related studies Minimum five years related recreation or property management experience Minimum three years supervisory experience in recreation or property management Required recreation or facility management certification Experience supervising teams in a unionized environment Apply corporate facilities leadership, maintenance expertise, and capital planning skills across community facilities for the Town of Caledon.
