Payward, the parent company behind Kraken, is seeking a senior AML/financial crime specialist to join the FIU Scale Team in Canada. You will lead transaction monitoring optimization, automate scalable workflows, and evaluate AI-enabled tools to strengthen detection and efficiency. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance leadership to design governance for monitoring across regions and recent products, while maintaining regulatory expectations under BSA/AML regimes.
