The Geotechnical Field Services Lead oversees training and leads field technicians. The work includes coordinating materials testing and inspection projects across industrial, commercial, residential, and road projects. Site visits, footing inspections, subgrade inspections, and in office troubleshooting support earthworks activities. Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 12 years of local southwestern Ontario experience Civil Engineering diploma or degree Preferred focus in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering CCIL Certifications skills Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills Bring technical writing, construction knowledge, and field leadership to JLP’s geotechnical testing and inspection projects.
