This Manager, Surety position combines portfolio oversight with leadership across underwriting and broker markets. You will build business aligned with product appetite, support complex renewals and exceptions, and improve results through disciplined performance management. Eight to ten years of relevant Contract Surety experience University or College degree, or equivalent experience Strategic direction and priority execution capabilities Robust interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills High integrity, confidentiality, and accountability Use Contract Surety experience, portfolio judgment, and cross-functional leadership to advance Intact’s underwriting performance and service standards.
