This full-time position supports a major residential project. Ledcor seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years managing high-rise residential projects for a major general contractor. You will coordinate multidisciplinary delivery, interpret contracts, and control project execution. The work includes civil, earthworks, wet utilities, mass timber, and other complex construction. Key Responsibilities:

Review contracts, timelines, budgets, safety, quality, staffing, and equipment needs Coordinate designers, technical teams, clients, and discipline managers Develop construction execution plans, staging, workplans, and subcontracting Oversee onsite quality, productivity,



progress, safety, and subcontractors Prepare progress reports and resolve project roadblocks proactively Requirements:

10+ years managing large-scale high-rise residential projects Post-secondary education in civil engineering or related field Experience delivering full-cycle new-build construction projects Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project risks Proficiency with Excel, MS Projects, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Apply senior project leadership, contract knowledge, and construction planning expertise to Ledcor’s high-rise residential work in Scarborough.
