FHIR Subscription, SubscriptionTopic, event-driven architecture, and clinical data integration . Expertise in

React and SMART on FHIR , including launch flows, authorization, scopes, and FHIR API integration. Hands-on expertise in

NextGen Connect (Mirth), HL7 v2, message transformation, routing, validation, and acknowledgements . Knowledge of Ontario digital health services, including

Hospital Report Manager (HRM), Provider Registry, Client Registry, and eReferral . Experience with event notifications, subscription lifecycle management, retries, idempotency, error handling, monitoring, and production troubleshooting. Public sector experience is mandatory , with solid testing, integration, and secure healthcare application development skills.
