Redesign Amazon Web Services Canada mechanisms around AI, trusted outputs, and agentic workflows. The Business Operations Lead works across Canada’s business. This position owns the operating model and determines which forums exist, what they decide, and which stop. You will build or refine mechanisms for the weekly senior leadership meeting, field newsletter, Top Deals, Monthly Business Review, quarterly offsite, and all-Canada town hall. You will also support internal AI adoption and account plan completion. Key Responsibilities:
