You will support intellectual property strategy, government agreements, privacy, data governance, and information security. The work connects legal judgment with engineering, regulatory, supply chain, and business development teams. Key Responsibilities:

Draft, negotiate, and review commercial and technology contracts Support intellectual property strategy development Advise on government contracts and funding agreements Review export controls and government flow-down requirements Maintain legal procedures, manuals, and compliance protocols Requirements:
